BUNGALOW “CAPRAIA” (PLACES 4)

THE RATE INCLUDES: Stay for up to 4 people, 1 parking space, electricity, gas, hot water, air conditioning, TV, bed linen, final cleaning, access to the swimming pool and private beach with an umbrella and two deck chairs (limited to the opening periods of the bathing season 01/06 – 15/09 unless otherwise provided by the Harbor Master’s Office).

NB. Cars beyond the first will be able to access for a fee according to the availability of seats.

The “Capraia” accommodation consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.

Pets allowed from 25 August to 15 June of the following year. In special cases, the current rate may be applied.

Weekly rental (7 nights – Saturday to Saturday).
The amounts – including VAT in effect on 01.01.2022 – may be subject to changes in the event of changes to the relative rates.
The tourist tax is not included in the amounts.

IMPORTANT! Our bungalows are equipped with both heating and air conditioning and are available all year round.

We remind our customers that it is also possible to book for periods of less than seven days but subject to weekly bookings, according to the availability of places and conditions to be agreed with the Management.

The distance from the equipped beach may vary depending on the accommodation chosen (max 800 meters).
The swimming pool is open from the 15th of June to the 15th of September.
