BUNGALOW “VILLETTA” (4 + 1 PERSONS)

THE RATE INCLUDES: Stay for up to five people, 1 car parking, electricity, gas, hot water, bed linen, air conditioning, final cleaning, access to the pool and private beach with a beach umbrella and two deckchairs (limited to periods of opening of the bathing season 01/06 – 15/09 unless otherwise provided by the Harbor Authority).

To know! Cars beyond the first can access for a fee according to the availability of seats.

La Villetta (4 + 1 persons) is a bungalow consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with hot shower and living area where there is a dinette to be used as an extra bed.

All our bungalows are newly built well furnished with modern and functional furniture and are equipped with: bathroom with hot shower, blankets and pillows, weekly change of bed linen included in the price, all the necessary dishes to eat and cook, refrigerator, hob and filter hood, sink with hot water, television, table, chairs, kitchen containers, wardrobes and shelves for storing clothing and personal items, an outdoor veranda equipped with table, chairs and drying rack.

Pets allowed from August 25 to June 15 of the following year. In special cases, the current rate may apply.

Weekly rental (7 nights – Saturday to Saturday).
The amounts – inclusive of VAT in force as of 01.01.2021 – may be subject to change if the relative rates are changed.
The tourist tax is not included in the amounts.

We remind our kind customers that our bungalows have both heating and air conditioning and are available all year round.

The distance from the equipped beach can vary depending on the chosen accommodation (max 800 mt).

We remind you that it is also possible to book for periods of less than seven days but subject to weekly bookings, according to the availability of places and conditions to be agreed with the Management.

The swimming pool is open from 15 June to 15 September.
